Welcome to Artemis Health & Rehab.

We will be moving to our new location in Comox at 1-640 Anderton Rd. on July 1st.

All bookings in June will remain at Grounded Health Collective. All bookings in July will be relocated to our new location.

We will notify all affected patients to confirm their new appointment location.

Owen Giroux

Owen is a passionate RMT and personal trainer with experience in award winning physiotherapy clinics and luxury spas. His adaptive therapeutic style maintains relaxing elements for an adaptive approach to care. He has a long history of strength training and yoga from which he draws upon. When not working, you can find him camping, hiking, or bouldering!

Focusing on orthopedic rehab, acute injury recovery, and athletics, Owen puts to work his years of experience working with physios, chiros, and other professionals in diagnostic centers. Treating car accidents, concussions, whiplash, and surgical recoveries, empowering patients through their health is one of the pillars of his practice, making time to educate clients so they better understand their conditions.

Owen also has a thorough background in education, having been a clinic supervisor in Vancouver’s Langara RMT program, as well as being a mentor-tutor for other RMTs with the governing body of Ontario, the CMTO.

Caroline Vermette RMT

Caroline is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) based in the scenic Comox Valley. Originally from Montreal, she ventured to British Columbia in 2015, bringing with her a passion for wellness and an active lifestyle. With a background rooted in the discipline of Muay Thai, Caroline is no stranger to the benefits of physical activity and its impact on overall well-being. As an RMT, her practice is centered on empowering individuals to take charge of their health, viewing it through the interconnected lenses of mental, physical, and social well-being. With a commitment to fostering a holistic approach to wellness, Caroline strives to make a positive impact on the lives of her clients through therapeutic touch and a comprehensive understanding of health.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with her friends and family or lifting weights.
